Hi, I am Mary Gravelle, creator of Wisdom Painting and Art.

I am a visionary, light worker, Goddess, artist, writer, workshop leader, coach, and generally just a very creative person who likes to help others tap into their own creative Source.

I use the art making process as the way in to the deep heartfelt place that exists inside each one of us. I have found that by using simple art materials, we are able to tap into a soft and tender place that is begging for attention. 

This soft tender place is our connection with our true essence, our spirit, and our soul's longings. Once we are able to connect with our true essence, we are then able to reach out to others in a truthful and authentic way. Effectively, we change the world and make it a better place. We start with where we are. We pay attention to the truth of who we are. The best way to help others is to help our self.

Bio: Mary A. Gravelle
An artist at heart, Mary has used her creativity to totally transform her life from corporate robot to a thriving entrepreneur. She carved out a niche as Creativity Consultant with a major corporation, a manufacturer of alcoholic beverages. Since leaving that position she has created her own company called Wisdom Painting and Art. She offers individual and group sessions to help people discover more about their inner longings through writing and the visual arts.
