Wins THE Award
I
was awarded the Hans Weiss Award this past semester for my paintings. Each year,
three of the art professors at MCC choose one student whose work was the best. I
am pleased and grateful that they thought my artwork was the best. In addition
to a nice framed certificate, I received a sizable cash reward check. Thank you

My art piece, Walking in Faith, was accepted into the 4th Annual Manchester
Community College (MCC) Competition and Exhibition. It was selected as one of 57
accepted works from 256 entries. On exhibition at MCC in Manchester, March 9
through March 25.

My conte drawing, Apple and Cherries, was accepted into the Open Juried Show
at Artworks Gallery in Hartford, CT where 56 artworks were selected out of 300
entries.
