Workshop: Wisdom Painting

August 22, 2010:

Level One: Paint with a discussion afterward.

Level Two: Paint, receive guidance on how to interact with your painting, and discussion afterward.

Level Three: Paint, interact with your painting, and receive guidance on how to move to your painting's expression with discussion afterward.

Intermediate and Advanced levels two and three are about showing up to your personal expression, standing tall in it and moving past shame toward true self. I invite you to deepen your process.
