Teresa completed the Igniting Your Intention course in September. Her final art project was  a handmade book titled, The Book of Hearts! Pictured here are the cover (text reads: The Book of Hearts!), one of her daily drawings,  and the  back page (text reads: Heart & Soul, Blended Together, As, "One".) 

Message: Spirit minds infuse our cell memories to hold the keys to our past lives. In recreating, we weave our past cell memories into our present life releasing painful experiences to heal our futures.
