Mary, I loved your Running Energy -- both drawing and writing. It brought so much up for me. I especially relate to the thoughts on your mind that day: "Body Weight" -- a subject I am often ruminating about. Thanks for sharing. I've often felt that counting calories and running laps won't help what needs to be expressed from my soul. I have to meditate on those deeper issues of holding myself back. Thanks for the spark. Love, Beth

"I am quivering with excitement. I am spring about to be sprung! Can you see me radiating hope, joy, warmth? New life, new beginnings, new journeys to take. What path will you travel down this spring? This summer? I am happy to be here, to be alive, to present my self to you. Let me guide you and move with you along the path of newness." That's what this drawing said to me :-)

Mary, Your energetic red art reminds me of an old-fashioned piece of fabric with a flower on it. It might be a square ready to include in a quilt. That's what I'm getting now, may add more later. Love, Beth

Exuberance within boundaries. Contained glee, creating it's own energy that reaches outside the perimeters of expectation.

This feels to me like a lot of joy! If I were to depict an enthusiastic, happy / joyful person tossing the baton like in a parade, this would be one way I'd show it!

Day 28 of my Igniting Session

Intention Statement: Faith enables me to courageously see the truth.

Drawing's Message: Take a sneak peak at your new adventure -- YOU! -- taking a long journey of soul, of the soul. Passion heated up, ignited, the petals of our soul flap for delight, pollinating everything you touch, giving new life and fresh breath.
THE SOUL'S WALK OF FAITH.

Thoughts on my mind that day:

Horses have appeared in the last few days in various ways -- TV programs, Igniting students, and fellow art students. So, I consulted "Animal Speak" to find out what Horse's message is all about.

"Horse brings with it new journeys. It will teach you how to ride into new directions to awaken and discover your own freedom and power."

Body Weight: An article in Science of Mind said, "Just as lack is never about money, weight issues are never about food or exercise. There are deeper issues, like self-esteem or holding yourself back from your natural perfection. If someone is overweight it is because his mentality is filled with unexpressed longing, which he is trying to sublimate."

This all adds up to my calling in Faith to enable me to courageously see the truth in my life to free me to release everything that weighs me down or holds me back from expressing my full potential and living from my full power.

I felt a healing take place last night in bed that felt like I was releasing very old, ancient dirt and grime energy from my being and that it was re-entering the earth. I feel sad today and think I must be grieving the loss of an old self identity that was ready to go.

And then I drew this very inspiring image.

THE END.

Viewer: what do you see in the drawing? How has the writing inspired you?

Please post your comments and share a little of yourself with us today. Thanks.
