Intention Statement: I keep my heart centered in my body.

Reading for the day:

Faith to Faith Devotional: "God created us in his image. We are each his special creation."

Animal Wise Tarot -- Grand Daddy Longlegs -- Spider teaches you that everything you do now is weaving what you will encounter in the future. We are the keepers and the writers of our destiny, weaving it like a web by our thoughts, feelings, and actions. Spider can teach how to use the written word/language with power and creativity so that your words weave a web around those who would read them.

Thoughts for the day:

I think maybe I lost the center today scrambling around to prepare for the Hamden expo. I feel scattered.

Drawing:

Orange paper, purple circle ovals, green weave in-between ovals, red formed a rag-doll woman -- spiral 3rd eye, big pink open mouth with red lips.

Title/Name: Voice of Reason and Sanity. Chill.

Message:

Go the distance and long haul. Energy permeates all things. Energy surrounds all activities. How do you want your energy to vibrate? Resonate? What ring are you sounding? (The rag doll woman looks like she is sounding O). Energy streams to your existence. Attach and unfold. Stop doing too much. Slow down and make a plan. Then do the plan effectively. Focus. Use discipline to meet your goals.
