Whew … it has been a busy spring. I hold onto leisurely promises of summer.

New life has emerged and I am the proud Great Aunt of twins. NOLAN DAVID EASH, 6 lbs 13 oz, and JILLIAN AVERY EASH, 6 lbs 12 ozs, were born on April 19, six minutes apart. You can see their pictures on their website: http://www.eashfamily.net/ 

New life, new growth, and possibility abound this season if you are open to them to like Whoopi Goldberg. Possibility awakens within you at Wisdom Painting and Art during our workshops and coaching sessions. A whole new world awaits. Why not partake of a creative endeavor this summer and join us? Company News: We are on TV!

Wisdom Painting and Art will be televised on The Sacred Journey TV show by Joyce St. Germaine. It is a two session series, aired on consecutive weeks, April 21 and April 28. Details follow the article.

Session one, titled IGNITING YOUR INTENTION: MANIFESTING YOUR DREAMS, was aired Sunday evening, April 21. Three Igniting Your Intention participants were showcased: Terri Rizzo, Tilda Santiago, and Arlene Cyr, along with Mary Gravelle, creator of the Igniting Your Intention program. The relationship between this particular group of women has evolved over the past six months as they continue to participate in Wisdom Painting and Art workshops and meet in other situations that have meaning for the group. This is an example of the kind of communities that are being formed through the Igniting process.

Session two, titled WISDOM PAINTING: UNLEASHING THE ARTIST WITHIN, will be aired this Sunday, April 28. Another Igniting student, Lyn Laudenberger is showcased on this segment. Lyn shares with the audience her artwork and stories of unleashing her inner artist during the Igniting Your Intention program. Paintings by Terri Rizzo, Arlene Cyr, and Mary Gravelle are discussed as part of the Wisdom Painting and Creative Wisdom Coaching segment of the show. The audience will hear how Wisdom Painting and Art is touching people's lives.

Please plan to view the shows. If you do not live in the towns where it will air, plan to visit friends or treat yourself to drinks and food at a restaurant with a TV in one of those towns.

Nutmeg TV, a Connecticut based station, serves the towns of: Avon, Berlin, Bristol, Burlington, Canton, Farmington, New Britain and Plainville. The Sacred Journey TV show with Joyce St. Germaine airs Sundays at 9:00 pm on Channel 5.

Global Art Project (GAP2002: Local Happenings:

On, ten artists, including myself, participated in a group art making event at my house in Vernon, CT. We worked on our art projects for the GAP exchange. Our art will circle the world. Some of the places our art will go are Arizona, California, Washington state, India, and Australia. We'll keep you posted.

Most of the Connecticut artists will show their pieces during the Hartford Open Studio event on May 4-5, 2002. We will be located at Artspace, 555 Asylum Ave, Hartford. For details, log onto www.open-studio.net.

The Joyful Foot Gathering Returns

Join us on June 1 for a Joyful Foot Gathering. We will gather our feet and soak them soft and pretty for summer. See the schedule for details. Join the fun and get those feet prettied up for summer! We'll soak, scrub, polish, and beautify our feet all the while melting and clearing any of life's stress and debris. Out it all goes with our foot bathwater. And, oh yeah, what's a Wisdom Painting and Art gathering without the art? We'll make feet art and share feet stories. Not to be missed!

 

Wisdom Painting– 3rd Sundays Schedule for Summer  


The 3rd Sunday Wisdom Painting session schedule is thrown out of kilter for a few months. There will be no painting session in May. In June, it will be held on the 2nd Sunday because of Father's Day, which is the 3rd Sunday. We'll be back on schedule for July. Please join us soon.

 

 

Wisdom Painting -- Full Day Workshops

 

Full day painting sessions will be held the Saturday before the June and July sessions. Combine them with the Sunday session to make an entire weekend of painting for only $95.00.
